Here is how it works: We send you the mailer boxes when you enroll in the program, with pre-paid postage. Every 4 months we will send you a reminder email to send us in the samples.

All you need to do is fill up one sample with untreated water before the treatment system, and one sample bottle after your treatment system, typically from your kitchen or bathroom. Then one or two weeks later, we will email you the report along with any recommendations needed. All our water tests are reviewed by one of our WQA certified water specialists.
