Feed Rate Valve for Model 400
Why Use a Feed Rate Valve?
Model 400 chlorinators are designed to be installed after a pressure tank on standard well pump systems with pressure switch. If you are installing yours after your pressure tank then you have no need for a feed rate valve.
However if you are installing the Modell 400 pellet feeder prior to a storage tank, OR you have continuous pressure well pump that keeps your water pressure at a fixed PSI, then you do need the feed rate valve.
