It's Lisa Schmidt from Cooperstown, NY.  With the 2013 season underway, we are again ordering more supplies as we get ready to open our lake house.

I just wanted to let you know how nice it is to deal with your friendly and professional staff.  They are always so helpful and accommodating.  That really means a lot to do-it yourselfer's like us.  Our friends tease us that we have “survival” water.  They're  just jealous that their water isn't as good!!
