Just a quick note to let you know that everything worked out really well with the ceramic filter systems your company donated for the use of our students during our recent Alaskan expedition. Everyone on the expedition drank the water directly from the lakes with no ill effect. The systems worked great just as you said.
You can see in the pictures, the untreated water in the top section of the filter was coloured, whereas the filtered water was crystal clear.
