Calcite neutralizer neutralizes acid water pH. Softener removes hardness minerals for clean water throughout the home.
We don't have any questions at this time. The systems are working great.
The only thing is that when I ordered the water softener you said that you would send a hard water test kit–we didn't receive it with the order.
