Versatile Peroxide System Works for a Wide Range of Conditions and Wells:

  • CWS Lead-Free heavy-duty nylon engineered plastic flow meter operates accurately down to 0.5 GPM.
  • Remove odors and oxidizes iron with hydrogen peroxide without any chlorine or chemical residuals!
  • Good for well water flow rates from 0.5 up to 89 gallons per minute depending on flow sensor model selected
  • Metering pump can deliver up from 2.2 to 22 gallons of solution per day and is fully adjustable
  • Works for line pressures up to 100 PSI
  • Dosage is controlled by the flow sensor for maximum control.
  • De-gassing valve built-in makes the pump great for peroxide OR chlorination use
  • Unlike Stenner-style peristaltic pumps: no pump tube failures, no rollers to go bad, needs less service, and good for continuous duty
  • These heavy-duty metering pumps systems are designed to last for many years with minimal maintenance.
  • Easy Installation! No wiring required. Plug into any 110V wall outlet
  • The J-PRO-22 Pump will inject the correct amount of hydrogen peroxide based on the flow rate.
  • Pump easily mounts on the top of the tank or a wall
  • Primes super fast, and won't lose its prime.
  • Complete system includes peroxide pump, solution tank, injection check valve, tubing, fittings
  • Dual voltage pump works out of the box with 120v or 220v
  • Low power consumpion: Uses only 22 watts of power when operating
  • Use a Catalytic Carbon Backwash Filter Hydrogen Peroxide to Remove Sediment and Odors

  • Includes:

  • J-PRO-22 Electronic Digital Pulse Metering Pump
  • 3/4" or 1" or 1-1/2" CWS Lead-Free Flow Sensor with Cable
  • Select the 5,15, or 35-gallon HDPE Solution Tank (15 gallon size works best for most residential peroxide applications)
  • Injection check valve, Foot Valve, 3/8" OD tubing for suction and discharge lines, fittings.

  • J-PRO-22 series Proportional-Feed Peroxide systems are the best way to achieve accurate peroxide residuals with the least amount of maintenance.

This automatic pumping system injects a precise amount of peroxide required based on the flow of the water.
System is fully automatic and pumps more or less peroxide based on flow rate.

NOTE: Contact Tank is Optional.   A contact tank offers a way for sediment and sand to be drained off, as well as providing time for the peroxide to oxidize higher levels of odor.  For most residential applications with mild odor and taste issues, the contact tank is not needed.

    Have high levels of iron?

Peroxide injection followed by a carbon backwash filter will remove low levels of iron, however for high levels (over 2.0 mg/L) we recommend a Pro-OX Iron Filter.

    What is included?

  • J-PRO-22 Peroxide Injection Pump
  • 5 gallon or 15 or 35 gallon HDPE solution tank (we recommend 15 gallon tank for most residential peroxide applications)
  • Tubing and fittings to connect pump to injection check valve and solution tank
  • 1 Injection Check valve 1/2" male pipe thread
  • Degassing / Priming valve to make it easy to prime pump
  • Flow meter with cable to connect to J-PRO-22 Peroxide Pump
  • Easy to read Manual
  • Install 1/2" injection check into pipe using a bushing adapter or order our optional Sch 80 PVC tee fitting kit with bushing

  • How much space is required to install the system?

  • Flow meter including the built-in unions is 15" long and requires 15 to 16" of horizontal pipe length.
  • The injection check valve (where the peroxide is injected) is 1/2" male pipe thread and only requires a PVC tee.
  • The solution tanks sit on the floor and are either 14.5", 15.8" or 18" depending on size you select.

  • What size solution tank should I order?

  • We recommend the 15 gallon tank.
  • There is usually no home well water application where the 35 gallon tank is needed.
  • Most of our customers use 1 to 2 gallons peroxide solution per month.
  • Mix up enough fresh peroxide solution to last for 3 months as chlorine can lose its strength over time.
  • 5 Gallon Solution Tank Dimensions: 15.8" Diameter x 11" x 17.5" Height
  • 15 Gallon Solution Tank Dimensions:14.5" Diameter x 31" Height
  • 35 Gallon Solution Tank Dimensions: 18" Diameter x 40" Height

  • What type of peroxide should I use?

  • We recommend using Certified Hydrogen Peroxide 7%
  • For most applications the 7% is further diluted (easy instructions in guide)
  • Most of our customers use 1 -2 gallons of 7% peroxide per month depending on water chemistry and water usage
  • Our 7% peroxide stores for up to 8 to 12 months in cool dark dry location.
